Welcome to Pillar Data Solutions LLC. Founded and led by Steven Patton, our company is committed to providing businesses with precise, tailored database solutions that empower growth and streamline operations. Steven brings a wealth of experience and industry knowledge to the table, with a focus on reliability, expertise, and a client-centered approach.

Steven graduated from the University of North Dakota in 2017 with a degree in Information Systems. His career in database solutions began in the staffing software industry, where he quickly advanced from support roles to managing an implementation team. This experience laid the groundwork for a strong understanding of data migration, system integration, and team leadership, and enabled him to support clients with complex database needs.

Throughout his career, Steven has worked with nearly 100 clients to achieve seamless onboarding to new software platforms, creating over 200 customized reporting solutions and deploying numerous automated tools designed to maximize efficiency. In 2022, he transitioned into technical consulting for one of the largest staffing software firms' strategic partners, where he continued expanding his expertise in data migration, FTP/API integrations, and fully customized automation.
